Team Work Makes The Dream Work!

Small businesses are more efficient and collaborative when they work as a team. Companies of all sizes are using team building activities for work to make collaborations stronger whether they are in different locations or in a single office. Some of the benefits that come from team building exercises are, they’re a great way of improving communication, morale, motivation, productivity, and helping employees seasoned or new get to know each other better.

Balloonzilla was able to have a fantastic team building event in October. We hosted our first Sip n’ Slay. Friends and colleagues were invited to have an evening of glamour. We brought the wine and they brought the makeup. Everyone followed along step by step as Dusty Kuskie (of Diamond Beauty hair and makeup) created a flawless look. Dusty gave us the opportunity to ask questions and learn techniques that we could apply to our own makeup routine. It was a fun filled experience which allowed everyone to enjoy the night and feel fabulous.
